To do this, you must have proof of payment for the procedure and the airline’s boarding card with the data of the citizen who wishes to carry out the procedure.
- Have proof of having made the payment of S/ 98.60. Remember that on paper you must indicate the data and ID of the person who will carry out the process.
- Go to one of the offices of the National Superintendence of Migrations (with the exception of Ilo) or to the decentralized Passport agencies located in the Better Citizen Service Centers (MAC), maximum two days before your trip. Remember that you must have your travel ticket that has been issued 48 hours after it was issued.
- You can also go to the airport presenting your boarding pass, but only to complete the process 8 hours before your trip.
- After registering your data and taking the photo, wait a few hours and pick up the document.
What are the requirements to obtain the electronic passport?
- Pay S/ 98.60 in Págalo.pe with the code 01810, at the Banco de la Nación or Multired agent (indicate the ID number of the person who will carry out the procedure).

- Enter the dating website and schedule the date at the Migration office closest to your home or place of work. Remember that appointments are enabled from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
- Keep in mind that the data you register must belong to the person who is going to process the passport, so you must be very careful not to make mistakes.
- Later, print the proof of the appointment or take a screenshot with your cell phone so that when you go to Migrations you have the information at hand.
- On the day of your appointment, go to the office you chose with your ID, receipt and also the printout or capture of your appointment.
- To take everything, you need to take into account that you cannot wear glasses or large frames or lenses that prevent seeing your eyes, do not use contact lenses, do not have piercings on your face and avoid hats or bangs.
- Finally pick up your passport, if you want to pick it up that day you just have to wait a few hours or come back later. You have 60 days to go for your passport to the headquarters where you carried out the procedure.
