Who gets the July 2023 bonus?
According to Law No. 27735, people who meet any of the following requirements are entitled to receive employment benefits.
- Work in a private company.
- In the case of workers in small companies, they are entitled to half a bonus (in July and December).
- Those workers who work under the agrarian regime.
- Workers of public entities under the labor regime of private activity.
Who receives an extraordinary bonus of 9%?
This benefit is for those workers who are affiliated with EsSalud. Remember that the gratuity is a full salary plus the extra.
Who receives an extra bonus of 6.76%?
Those workers who are affiliated with a Health Provider Company (EPS). That is, the payment is a full salary plus the additional percentage.
Until when is the July 2023 bonus paid?
The first ‘free’ is delivered between July 1 and 15, the month of National Holidays, the exact date depends on the company. The amount varies according to the salary of each worker, in addition it must also be taken into account if you are affiliated with EsSalud or the EPS.
