It is important to pay attention to sisben IVas it is a valuable tool for the Colombian Government in the fair distribution of subsidies to citizens. Once you have completed the steps mentioned above, you will have to enter your identification number, check the option “I am not a robot” and press the “Consult” button. If you need to know what your family group is, you can look for the option “Check your Sisbén group” on the page and select it. Then, enter the document of your family member that you want to consult and click on “Consult”.
Sisbén IV: What groups are there?
- People with low income or in extreme poverty make up Group A.
- Poor households with the capacity to generate income greater than Group A make up Group B.
- Group C is made up of people in a situation of vulnerability or at risk of falling into poverty.
- People who are not in a situation of poverty or vulnerability belong to Group D.
