In this sense, this unfortunate situation was recorded in the O’Connor Hospital in San Jose California. A man was brought to the scene in police custody. The report mentions that he had a medical condition that required the attention of a health professional.

At that moment the man grabbed a oxygen tank that was found and used to threaten a nurse and the police officer in charge. In the midst of the fear and panic generated, the man broke one of the window panes to try to escape from the hospital.
The idea turned out to be fatal because when trying to escape through the window he slipped and fell from a height of approximately seven meters. The support of more medical personnel who were in the hospital was immediately requested.
Due to the seriousness of the incident, the hospitalized patient had to be transferred to a trauma hospital to receive specialized care, but everything was insufficient because he died during the course.
Given what happened, the office of the The Santa Clara County District Attorney and the San Jose Police Department’s homicide unit opened a joint criminal investigation into the incident.
Similarly, the Santa Clara County coroner’s office indicated that it will release the suspect’s name after confirming his identity and notifying next of kin.
