Thanks to the aloe vera mask we will be able to normalize sebaceous secretions and control excess fat while moisturizing the hair
Some people agree that oily hair is the result of eating a high-fat diet. The sebaceous glands in the hair, which are fed with fried foods, dairy products and generally greasy foods, cause there to be an excess of fat in the hair, making it look dirty all the time.
However, other experts assure that diet has nothing to do and that the main causes of having greasy hair are hereditary factors, heat, humidity, hormonal changes and even some diseases. But whatever the cause, oily hair is very unpleasant, not only because it is more difficult to manage, but also because it always feels dirty.
To start removing excess oil from hair and start to look more beautiful, shiny and fresh hair, there are several home treatments that we can apply regularly to combat the fat and give our hair a better appearance. Would you like to know some tricks?
