the series of starwars and Disney+, Obi-Wan Kenobi has shown us that Darth Vader’s feud continues from 2005’s Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith and so 17 years later, the pair had a falling out during Episode 3 of the Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi series, but based on the outcome of that battle, this apparently isn’t the only duel viewers will see between the former allies.
Since as the Vader actor mentioned, Hayden Christensennoting that his character is a villain who probably wants to take on the Kenobi of Ewan McGregor at the height of his power so that Vader can show how unstoppable he has become, which is why we could see epic clashes between the two.
So while during their recent confrontation, Kenobi was clearly a bit rusty, having intentionally isolated himself from the Force during his years of seclusion on Tatooine, and given the limits of those powers, Christensen told The Hollywood Reporter that his character wants a more satisfying battle:
“Well, I think it was a shock to Vader to see how out of touch with the Force Obi-Wan is right now. I think Vader wants Obi-Wan to be able to put up more of a fight. I don’t want to say too much.” [sobre lo que está por venir]”.
In addition to Christensen adding that another possible showdown in the series, the writer Joby Harold also previously hinted that the upcoming final episode will bring a lot of excitement:
“One of the challenges of the show is that we know where it starts and where it ends,” Harold shared with Entertainment Weekly. “And part of the fun was, on the trip in between, taking us to places you might not expect, and a few surprises along the way. But I hope there’s a satisfaction in landing the plane back where we all envisioned it.” ll will end, vis a vis Episode 4 and a new hope”.
To which Harold replied: “So, there’s some emotional stuff ahead. There’s more surprises ahead. And hopefully, when it’s all wrapped up, we’ll be able to see it all as a complete story, and some of the earlier choices will make sense. So I’m excited for everyone to come out.” “.
