Halo Infinite’s campaign mode is fantastic, but one of its biggest drawbacks so far has been the lack of a multiplayer option to enjoy the story with friends, family, or a partner. As many of you know, in the company of the successful launch of Halo Infinite, 343 Industries confirmed that the cooperative mode of the campaign would not arrive until May 2022. But now, it looks like this is changing, as Halo Infinite’s co-op campaign is coming to Insiders very soon.
It was the official account of Halo via Twitter who has confirmed that the launch of Halo Infinite’s co-op campaign is closer than ever as testing for Halo Insiders opens in July, which will be preceded by a release shortly after. If you haven’t registered yet, you can join the Halo Insider program for a chance to be selected to test the co-op campaign in July, as well as future tests on other features.

While we eagerly await the release of Halo Infinite’s co-op campaign, fans have found a glitch that allows us to play the Halo Infinite campaign with a friend locally on our Xbox. On April 22, 343 Industries shared a roadmap for Halo Infinite for the rest of 2022, revealing that Halo Infinite’s co-op mode is currently planned to coincide with the release of Halo Infinite Season 3 in November of this year.
