The cryptocurrency community never shys away from rolling out new cryptocurrencies themed around current events, and Halloween was no exception. The industry saw an influx of Halloween-themed crypto tokens hoping to capitalize on the spooky season hype.
Halloween-themed cryptocurrencies have taken over the cryptocurrency ecosystem on Twitter, typically without offering any real or future use cases for investors. Projects like these have a history of being obtained as a standard product, which can be quickly rebranded and deployed on the open market for commerce.

Projects like Halloween Token, as shown above, sprang up just a few days before the occasion with the sole purpose of amassing $50 million of market capitalization. Halloween Spook, a project that emerged on September 20, claims the status of being the “scariest meme token on Binance Smart Chain (BSC)”. The project promotes the Halloween Elon (SINK) token, which is based on a recent “let that sink in” meme sported by Elon Musk.

Found again on the BSC network was Halloween Wars Token, unabashedly sharing its intention to “ride the hype for what many claim is the most exciting time of the year: Halloween.” Despite not attempting to commercialize the project, it has gained 17 supporters who continue to risk losing their assets due to market capitulation.

As shown above, the project recently held a temporary bull run, but a reverse search did not show the existence of an ENDS/BNB (BNB) trading pair on Binance or any other trading platform.
While cryptocurrencies themed in current trends tend to rise in price in the market, the rise is usually limited to a few days until the owner decides to withdraw the money and prevent investors from making a profit. Therefore, it is essential that investors do their research (DYOR).
Twitter is home to most of the crypto world, and with Elon Musk taking over the social media platform, crypto exchange Binance decided to lend support to the development of crypto and blockchain solutions for Twitter.
As Cointelegraph reported, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao has pledged to back Musk’s acquisition of Twitter with a $500 million fund.
