After the theatrical release of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3”the extended version of the marvel movie promises to have great revelations. Among them, a change in the fate of the High Evolutionary, who we saw die when his ship exploded, or was it not?
On May 5, 2023, the third and last film of the space warriors was released, where the main villain was the High Evolutionary, who was brought to life by the actor Chukwudi Iwuji.
At the end of the film, the ship in which he planned to escape to his new colony is completely destroyed. And while all the children and animals were able to escape to Knowhere, the lair of Peter Quill’s group, it is assumed that the antagonist was trapped and died in the explosion.
However, a deleted scene from “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3″ could indicate that this will not be the last we see of the villain.
THE HIGH EVOLUTIONARY DID NOT DIED IN “GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 3”
There is a deleted scene from “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3″ in which the High Evolutionary is seen again after the explosion.
In an interview with the Phase Zero podcast, Chukwudi Iwuji himself implied that the villain had survived.
“I hope you see an extended version or maybe an alternate ending that we actually shot. I mean, the thing in Marvel is that unless you see someone die, they’re not necessarily dead, and even if they die, what does that mean in the multiverse?”, he explained.
In addition, he highlighted the fact that we did not see Rocket shoot him, because the raccoon (in the end it was a raccoon) does not want to be guided by revenge again.
“The thing is, Rocket doesn’t shoot me. They insist on saying why he doesn’t kill him and he says no, he’s not going to kill him. And you don’t really see me go down with the ship. I’ll leave it there”, he added.
