GTA V has already received its long-awaited version for Xbox Series X and PS5, with some quite substantial graphical improvements, such as the addition of ray tracing, better explosion effects, and better anti-aliasing.
However, these are not the only changes included in the open world title, as some users have noted that, in this new version, GTA V removes several transphobic jokes present in previous editions of the game.
The models still exist in Director Mode at the moment, but their dialogue options have been removed (presumably this means protagonist dialogue lines to these NPCs about using hormones etc are therefore unused now too).

This change has been observed and shared by the Twitter user Kristy Cloudwho states that Rockstar has disabled the spawn of some NPCs that represented “caricatures of trans people” in the open world. The change that could be due to a request from the OutMakingGames group during the past year.
In addition to this, a “Captain Spacetoy” poster, present in some scenarios and jokingly showing a figure with interchangeable genitalia, has also been removed.
