- The immigration laws of the United States provide foreigners with various ways to become legal permanent residents, through employment in the US This visa is given through different categories and in some cases allows travel with the family. ASYLEE OR REFUGEE STATUS
- The United States Government offers humanitarian programs for aliens who need asylum or refuge due to disasters, oppression, medical emergencies, or other urgent circumstances. To apply for asylum, you must be physically in the United States; and for the refuge you can do it outside of US soil. - The United States government grants up to 55,000 diversity visas to allow permanent residence or Green Cards to people from countries with a low immigration rate to the United States. The list changes every year, so you should be aware if your country is on the list for the draw. What I need? To apply, it is required to have completed and satisfactory 12 years of primary and secondary education, or its equivalent. At least two completed years of work experience within the last five years in an eligible occupation. You must also pay the required fee.
