If you are a lifelong fan of point and click adventure games, you have surely tried and enjoyed the Syberia saga. The franchise, created by Benoit Sokal, who passed away this year, is one of the most beloved of the genre and is still alive today. Syberia and Syberia 2 were for years benchmarks for many games and now you can get them totally free.
Microids has announced that both games can be obtained at no additional cost for a very limited time on Steam. Syberia and Syberia 2 will be free on the Valve platform until tomorrow, September 29th, at 19:00 hours from Spain. Therefore, if you want to enjoy these two classic video games, don’t rest on your laurels and claim them soon.
Video games follow the adventures of Kate walker, a New York lawyer whose life throws her face with mysteries that she must solve. In 2017 the saga returned with Syberia 3, although the game was not as well resolved as it deserved a return of this caliber. Still, the best news is that Syberia was alive and there were adventures for a while.
So much so that this year we will have Syberia The World Before, the new game that already has a release date. The game will put us back in the shoes of Kate, but we will also have another playable character in the past, Dana Roze. The title looks really good and we can’t wait to see how this new direction suits the series.
