It is often said that Apple abuses the prices of its new iPhones and wireless headphones, but when you look at the competition, the price list is almost the same! On August 5, the Galaxy Unpacked conference will take place which will present the Galaxy Note 20 and the Galaxy Buds Live and here is a small overview of the prices before the hour…
The prices revealed before the hour
This is called a nice leak a few days before the official presentation. On August 5, Samsung will present to the press its new high-end smartphones and new wireless headphones to compete with the AirPods.
If we had a lot of details with the characteristics that have already been leaked, we had not yet seen the prices!
This year, the Galaxy Note 20 will be divided into three models with a price below 1000 €.
According to Ishan Agarwal, an expert on leaks, here is the price list:
- Galaxy Note 20 4G: 999 €
- Galaxy Note 20 5G: 1099 €
- Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G: 1349 €
Each price mentioned above will be minimum storage of 256 GB, which is overall more than comfortable to install several heavy games, a ton of photos and 4K videos.
On the Galaxy Buds Live side, Samsung will offer a rather reasonable price for its headphones. Indeed, they should be offered around 189 €, a price that is estimated since the leak was not precise enough on this subject.
Note however that all the prices in this article are without VAT. We will have to expect an even higher price in France.
If for example, we take the iPhone 11 Pro Max at € 1,259, there is € 222 of VAT which is included in the final price. It will be necessary to add roughly the equivalent to the price of the new Samsung Galaxy Note.
Exclusive for MSP: Here are the prices of upcoming Samsung Galaxy products in Europe.
Note20 4G: €999
Note20 5G: €1,099
Note20 Ultra 5G starts at €1,349256GB Base Storage.
Buds Live: ~€189
Note: May differ a bit due to VAT
