Some striking murals appeared on social networks, attracting the attention of many Internet users. The intervention was inspired by modern neighborhoods, Wynwood style in Miami, or European cultural centers.
But they are not in those places, they are in Latin America and they came to Chile to revitalize the neighborhoods in the context of the Pan American Games.
The striking murals literally took over the Pan American Games village. Pinturas Ceresita, with its slogan “Colors that do good”, contributed to culture with murals in Villa Panamericana together with the Ameris Housing and Social Integration Investment fund.
As a way to continue contributing to culture and welcoming athletes, the Pan American Village, located in the Parque Bicentenario Cerrillos, has incredible murals that will provide greater design to the real estate project and will remain as a legacy for the future residents of the project. Pinturas Ceresita, who are the promoters of the idea together with the Ameris investment fund, created various murals at strategic points of the real estate project.
Murals that tell stories
In fact, we must understand that murals are walls that speak, tell stories and dreams. Based on this, a community way of thinking is sought and that these are part of the local heritage. “This type of project is in line with what we are looking for as a company, sports, the renovation of spaces, design, innovation. With our Ceresita products we seek to generate value for communities and make visible our values of delivering beauty and protection through color,” said José Luis Fauré, General Manager of Codelpa, a holding company of which Pinturas Ceresita is a part.
In charge of the murals are the artists from Matu, who designed “Clavado”, in addition, by the artist Conilars and Púa Diseño.
