For this reason, Epic Games announced that it will donate profits from Fortnite to people affected by the war in Ukraine.
All profits from Fortnite corresponding to the period beginning today March 20, 2022 until Sunday April 3 will be donated as humanitarian aid for the region. With the amount of money that Fortnite generates, this donation would be a very significant thing, but we will have to wait another week for the donation to be made.

Epic Games is not the first company to show its solidarity with the Ukrainian people, because when the invasion began, the Polish studio 11 Bit Studios said that it would donate all the profits from its anti-war game This War of Mine to the Ukrainian Red Cross, with which who seek to directly support the victims of war.
In early March, The Pokémon Company said it had made a $200,000 USD donation to GlobalGiving, which provides humanitarian aid in the region. In its statement, The Pokémon Company invites players to make donations to the organization.
