According to Castillo, she was fired from the store chain under threat that by not signing the resignation letter the brand would act against her, for which her CV would have a negative reference.
Castillo remembers that she was fired a week before the official pandemic was issued, in which businesses were confined and clothing stores such as Stradivarius stopped operating.
“At Stradivarius I had an average salary of 25 thousand pesos a month, any job I had to get had to exceed or be on par with my previous income, I was not going to allow myself to earn less,” he explained in the video.

The strategy of the Stradivarius employee is that with her severance pay she invested in an eyelash application course, for which she currently has income that exceeds the 800 pesos a day she earned at Stradivarius.
