The Durex condom company created a marketing campaign for Greece where it promotes condom use during summer vacations. The campaign has a spicy touch with jokes referring to the hot summer season where it makes suggestions and refers to situations where you can use condoms.

Durex is a company that was born from the hands of LA Jackson who established the London Rubber Company that sells imported condoms and accessories in 1915. But it was not until 1929 that the London Rubber Company (LRC) registered the Durex brand.
Durex launches its first moistened condom in 1950. The company becomes the first condom brand in the world to advertise in multiple countries in 1970.
For the marketing campaign in Greece, the leading condom company decided to create 3 images that are accompanied by texts that allude to having sex at different times of the day during the summer.
In this social media campaign for Durex Greece, they took advantage of all the “summer essentials” that people take with them to protect and enjoy during their vacations where they combined them with Durex products, to highlight that sexual protection is equally important.
Each image uses a highly identifiable aspect of the Greek summer, and is accompanied by suitable copycats, to playfully create the analogy between different “types” of heat.
