As recalled, Fonavistas who were within list 1 to 19 and were unable to collect will be able to access the return of funds from February 1, 2024.

What is the new regulation on the return of Fonavi and what is known about it?
He Supreme Decree No. 280-2023-EF, published in the Legal Standards Bulletin of the Official Gazette El Peruano, was made official. The purpose of this rule is to achieve order in the procedures that govern the return of contributions to Fonavi; implement administrative simplification measures and the optimization of the aforementioned procedures, in relation to the registration and payment to bereaved of deceased Fonavis, as well as the administration of assets owned by Fonavi, among others.
