Cloud’s arrival in Midgar was a revolution in the RPG genre.
Few titles can boast of remaining legendary more than two decades after their launch, being Final Fantasy VII one of the lucky onesalthough much of the work was done on their own merits, since with a saga that had six other installmentsit was Cloud’s adventure that managed to reach the top not only in his saga, but also in his genre.
And it is that the RPGs in the West were not as well received in the West as in Japan, thereby giving rise to Final Fantasy VII opened the doors to other titles to cross the pondwhich has undoubtedly helped titles like Dragon Quest, Fire Emblem, Xenoblade, Kingdom Hearts and other games with mechanics of this genre to be real bestsellers all over the world. And it is just under this premise that they want to celebrate their 25 years.
Final Fantasy VII originally came out on January 31, 1997.
Knowing that this title is more alive than ever thanks to its remake and other products and games derived from itthe official account has currently shared the messages of two of its top managers, Tetsuya Nomura and Yoshinori Kitasewho have dedicated a few words to the title and the experience of both with this. It should be noted with all this that Final Fantasy VII Remake currently has its second part in development, being the setting of this as well as the arc of the original title that will cover completely unknown. It will be a matter of time before we know more about it.
For the rest, it only remains to point out that no matter how many years pass Cloud Strife, Zack Fair and Sephirot have managed to win the hearts of many in style along with the rest of the characters that complete the cast. In this way, given all the options that exist today to enjoy this title, do not miss the opportunity to embark on one of the greatest adventures of video games.
