With its 550 thousand viewers who followed each episode, its new season arrives the first month of 2022, after its first installment was in June of a distant 2019.
The Euphoria plot takes place in the East Highland village, Rue (Zendaya), a 17-year-old teenager, needs to find hope while balancing the pressures of love, loss and addiction. The cast for the second season will be made up of Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Nika King, Eric Dane, Angus Cloud, Jacob Elordi, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Alexa Demie, Barbie Ferreira, Maude Apatow, Javon Walton, Dominic Fike, Storm Reid, and Austin Abrams.
With Sam Levinson as creator and writer, as well as executive producer, alongside Ravi Nandan, Kevin Turen, Will Greenfield, Drake, Adel “Future” Nur, Zendaya, Hadas Mozes Lichtenstein, Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin, Euphoria was produced in conjunction with Kenneth and co-produced by Ashley Levinson, Harrison Kreiss and Julio Pérez, in collaboration with A24, the story is based on the Israeli series of the same name, created by Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin of HOT.
