- Beneficiaries of the Family Allowance and the Maternal Allowance, of the Single System of Family Benefits.
- Recipients of the Family Subsidy (SUF).
- Beneficiaries of families using the Securities and Opportunities subsystem and families belonging to the Chile Solidario subsystem, such as:
- Person with a disability, duly accredited in accordance with the qualification and certification established in article 13 of Law No. 20,422.
- Student with special educational needs of a permanent nature who participates in the School Integration Program of the Ministry of Education.
- Student enrolled in an educational establishment with special education modality, recognized by the Ministry of Education.
- Student from 18 years to 24 years with 11 months.
- Under 18 years of age.
