This easter egg takes the form of a weapon that is quite closely reminiscent of the iconic Iron Throne seen in the novels and TV series. Under the name of grafted-blade broadswordwhich you can see in the previous image, this huge weapon can be found relatively early in our game, by defeating the Leonine Bastard in Morne Castle, located in the southern peak of the map.
