Sony Entertainment broke the mold in 2018, releasing an animated Spider-Man movie. The multiverse of this marvel superhero an Oscar was secured and, as expected, a second part.
That long-awaited film, Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse, is about to hit theaters this June 1. However, a sector of critics specialized in the seventh art already had access to the two hours and 20 minutes that the film lasts and the first reviews speak of a brutal story.
The script, plot, development, focused leading roles and animation stand out in Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse.

But something else caught the attention of critics. This film reveals a secret that Sony and Marvel kept well guarded and that raises the expectations of fans who are faithful followers of Miles Morales’ Spiderman.
According to what James Preston Pole, one of the writers of Discussing Film, recounts, Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse is the first part of a story that will be completed with a second film. And although many fans expected that these adventures would have a sequel, to at least complete the trilogy, they did not imagine that the events of the story would be divided.
James Preston Pole’s review is positive. He highlights this element as giving additional flavor to Miles Morales’ Spider-Man, popular with Marvel fans who hope to see him live-action in the future.
“It’s very much a Part 1, but when it’s such a great first part, who cares? Perfect in every way, with a metatextual element that questions the very nature of the Spiderman mythos. A new milestone for Hollywood animation and superhero movies,” said the specialist.
