On August 25, a complaint made by Guillermo Salas against Alianza Lima, due to distortion of service rental contracts. However, weeks after presenting said accusation, the Judiciary responded and declared it inadmissible for an unusual reason: the DT presented that the copy of his National Identity Document (DNI) presented was illegible.
Through a resolution, prepared by the specialist Sonia Carmen Tambini and which was issued by the Superior Court of Justice, attached to the Judicial Branch, they point out that the DNI presented was indescribable, failing to comply with the requirements requested by said entity.
“From the review of the content of the demand, based on the regulation of the regulatory instruments referred to in the previous considering, it can be noted, in the specific case, the absence of the requirements indicated below:
National Identity Document: Article 425 of the Civil Procedure Code of supplementary application to this process provides that: ‘the claim must be accompanied by a legible copy of the plaintiff’s identity document (…)’ From the review of the preceding document It is noted that the copy of the document offered is illegible, and the plaintiff complies with correcting said observation.“, reads the office.
