The young woman, who identifies herself as Inayah McMillan 21 years old, is surprising everyone with his ability to make money thanks to the Airbnb platform.
Her story broke in a January YouTube video titled “How I Made Three Million Dollars In 6 Months As A 20-Year-Old Entrepreneur.”
In the viral recording, McMillan shares how he managed to make a lot of money at such a young age. “I started renting. He didn’t actually own any property. Now I have 11 Airbnbs that he rented out,” he said.
“From there, I learned how to do rent arbitrage, and at first, I didn’t fully understand it. But I was learning as I went, and I went through the mistakes, the learning curves. I found out what worked and what didn’t work,” he asserted.
“Everyone started to see that this 20-year-old girl makes five figures a month, making $40,000, $50,000, $60,000 a month with Airbnb.”
So his success sparked another idea to make more money, so he started a coaching business to help others follow in his footsteps.
After that, McMillan enlisted his partner, Bryson, to launch the new company. “We made up to $60,000 in a month with Airbnb, and then we started taking in students who were also getting results. So we started a full training program. In fact, I was able to hire a lot of my family to work with me to continue to scale this coaching business,” he said.
Based on his comments, the duo reportedly made their first million from the deal in October, and McMillan says it remains profitable.
Her YouTube channel bio promotes herself as a “6-figure Airbnb hostess and 7-figure businesswoman.”
“Intentional actions, positive mindset and really living what you say you’re going to do, that’s how we made three million dollars,” he adds.
