A whole generation that grew up between the 1980s and 1990s sat in the afternoons, after school, to see Dragon Ball and its respective sequels. Akira Toriyama’s work inadvertently helped raise millions of children around the world.
A scientific study carried out by Dr. Vicente Ramírez, from the University of Cádiz, in Spain, focused an entire investigation on verifying that having seen Dragon Ball during childhood makes you a better person.
The study shows that those who are fans of Dragon Ball they are much more sociable, more optimistic and learn much faster than those who never watched the series.
The Spanish researcher made his experimental study in which he separated people between those who had seen Dragon Ball and those who had not.
This analysis is based on the response of the research subjects to different social and cultural phenomena. Dr. Ramirez managed to observe that the followers of the adventures of the Z Warriors have a positive intellectual influence, since they try much harder to improve their grades at school, they do not lose hope for a better future and even they read more hours a week than those who never watched Dragon Ball.
Not only that, it could also be seen that the fans of the world created by Akira Toriyama they have stronger circles of friends, with like-minded people whose friendships can last a lifetime.
