Among the numerous amount of Fan Arts that we get on the Internet, there is one that caught our attention. An illustrator has been given the task of designing Gwen Stacy in the style of nine different manga or anime, among which stands out Dragon Ball, created by Akira Toriyama.
Gwen Stacy is the face behind Spider-Gwen, also known as Ghost-Spider in the Marvel Comics universe. In this reality, Gwen is bitten by a radioactive spider instead of Peter Parker, giving her spider-like powers and making her the hero of this Spider-Verse.
Yeah Gwen Stacy was designed in the manga style, it is likely that her appearance underwent some modifications to adapt to the stylistic and aesthetic characteristics of Japanese manga. Here’s a hypothetical description of what it might look like in this design style.
She would keep her blonde hair, which could be softer and fuller. Her hairstyle may become more elaborate, with locks defined and framing her face. Her eyes could be enlarged and more almond shaped, with long, expressive lashes. Her eyebrows would be thinner and more curved, making her look stand out.
All these elements are reflected by the illustrator @A2TwillDraw, on his Twitter account, according to the Alfa Beta Juega review. The different styles are really brutal and highlight the best features of each Japanese mangaka.
