Donkervoort surprises again with a new special edition of its flagship model. The D8 GTO Individual Series is based on the exclusive D8 GTO-JD70, becoming the most powerful sports car ever made by the Netherlands brand, thanks to a close collaboration with ABT Sportline, and complemented by an unprecedented level of customization.
The most exclusive brands offer endless customization options to give your new models a truly unique image. Thus, a manufacturer, or an owner, will not be able to say that there is another unit in the world with the same configuration, a principle that the Dutch at Donkervoort have strictly followed in their latest creation based on the D8 GTO-JD70.
The new model pushes its predecessor to the limit, thanks to a collaboration with the German tuning specialists ABT Sportline, creating the Donkervoort Individual Series D8 GTO. Its name already says a lot about what this new beast offers, since the degree of customization is truly infinite, also counting on improvements in the external aesthetic plane. Very discreet changes that need to be looked at more closely to detect but now offers a cleaner appearance.

Proof of this is that hood breather gills have been removed engine, while the Donkervoort emblem has been moved to the new grille. Inside, the Donkervoort features Heated comfort or sports seats with carbon structure and in a design inherited from the competition, lined in the material, texture and color to suit the client.
Such as exterior paint or trim, which may include a larger windshield, speed-dependent electronic power steering automatic climate control or reversing camera, among other elements such as safety assistants or an ABS system specially adapted for driving at the highest level on the track.
But it is in the mechanical section where the special collaboration with ABT Sportline comes into play, since the engine of 2.5-liter five-cylinder turbo original Audi has undergone some modifications, gaining 10 more hp. Total, the maximum power is 435 CV and the maximum torque of 570 Nm. Coupled to a 6-speed sequential automatic transmission inherited from the JD70R, the top speed has been increased by 11 km / h, and is 1.4 seconds faster per lap at Spa-Francorchamps. Its price? At the height, 162,900 Euros, without taxation.
