The good experience that a brand provides to consumers is a topic of interest to them.
This is defined as marketing to sales and customer service, passing through each intermediate point that the user passes.
More than 69 percent of consumers want retailers to improve their customer experience.
The customer experience continues to be one of the most sought after characteristics of people when consuming a product or service. Now Domino’s Pizza surprised with a “flying suit” to deliver orders at a music festival.
The customer experience is a characteristic that we can see in any type of interaction that a brand has with the consumer, regardless of whether it is physical or digital.
We define customer experience as, “all aspects of the purchase journey, from marketing to sales and customer service, passing through every intermediate point that the user passes.”
This action can be summarized as the sum total of all the interactions that a customer has with a brand. For this reason, it has become the main competitive differentiator for brands today, which is why companies must ensure that their strategies designed in this sector can offer personalized and pleasant interactions at each point of contact with the client.
In this context, according to data from fintech Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc., more than 69 percent of consumers want retailers to improve their customer experience.
Domino’s Pizza surprises with “flying suit”
Enhancing the customer experience, Domino’s Pizza has taken pizza delivery to a whole new level by having one of its delivery drivers wear a jet suit inspired by Elton John’s “Rocket Man” song.
The story with the brand was reported in the United Kingdom, where the fast food company surprised with an innovative form of delivery during the Glastonbury Festival, where the singer Elton John acted as headliner.
This measure was taken by the brand due to traffic jams and the prohibition of vehicles entering the festival site, which is why it encountered difficulties in delivering its products to attendees who requested their products through digital platforms.

For its delivery, the global brand decided to test a futuristic method of food delivery in collaboration with Gravity Industries, who were commissioned to design a jet suit that allowed the delivery person to fly safely and keep the pizzas hot.
But the most inspiring thing was that this ingenious idea of using the jet suit was inspired by Elton John, who appears in the iconic song “Rocket Man”.

Jam Press, the deputy director of public relations in the country, said that “when we realized that serving portions inside the festival was impossible, we were inspired by this year’s headliners to launch our own quick delivery test: it was something obvious.”
“So this year we wanted to take a giant step forward and try out our own rocket man service to help hungry campers get a slice of sky-high satisfaction in the future,” he added.
The ingenuity of the brand went viral on networks, where diners began to share it with the digital pulse of the entire world.
And this is how brands with the help of technology continue to increase the opportunities for experiences that they offer to their millions of consumers.
