Hang on a pull-up bar with your palms facing forward and your arms fully stretched. Your hands should be about shoulder-width apart. Squeeze your shoulder blades together, exhale and pull your elbows toward your hips, running your chin over the bar. Go down in a controlled way to get to the starting position.
