We know that there are people who have a predisposition to put on weight, but a recent study revealed that there are some exercises you can do regardless of whether you have it.
The University of Taiwan revealed a new study where they explain that there are certain activities that help control obesity regardless of the genes that have touched you. The study indicates that jogging is the best way to control obesity, followed by other sports such as mountain biking – in fact there is a study that indicates that cyclic prevents aging – trail running, athletic walking, certain dance modalities and yoga.
According to the University of Taiwan, these sports help reduce the body mass index in individuals, that is, lose weight, whose genetics have not been so fortunate and maintain excessive weight. Obviously these activities must be accompanied by a balanced diet -5 meals a day- and with consistency, in fact a study published by PLoS Genetics indicates that consistency is the key to everything, these activities must be practiced regularly, at a minimum 3 times a week, at least 30 minutes, easy enough, right?
HAVING PROBLEMS TO LOSE WEIGHT?
You are probably avoiding the aforementioned activities or doing other workouts, Wan-Yu Lin, the study’s main researcher, revealed that cycling, stretching or swimming do not prevent the effects of bad genetics and obesity since they consume a lot little energy and in the case of swimming it stimulates the appetite.
The aforementioned research was carried out with 18 thousand people between 30 and 70 years old, who were part of a Chinese database of biomedical research, having as main indicators BMI, waist circumference, hip, body fat percentage and waist to hip ratio.

If you want to lose body fat it is important that you be consistent and decrease your intake of sugar and simple carbohydrates, if you want to turn your training around then go jogging, on the weekend do trail or simple and simply try to do yoga twice a additional week to your training in the gym.
