According to Department of State and the portal UsaGovregistration for the 2025 Visa Lottery began on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 and will end on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 12:00 PM (Eastern Time) (GMT-5).
NOTE: Submission of more than one entry for an individual during the registration period will disqualify all entries for that individual.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REGISTER FOR THE 2025 VISA LOTTERY?
It’s free. The State Department indicated that there is no cost to register for the 2025 Diversity Visa (DV) program.but those selected who are scheduled for an interview will be required to pay a visa application fee of US$330, per person, before making their formal visa application, where a consular officer will determine if they qualify for the Green Card.
If you are drawn but are not eligible, you should know that the fees you pay for the visa application will not be refunded.
