The Snow White remake will replace the dwarfs with “magical creatures.” Disney doesn’t want stereotype problems with dwarfs.
It has just been reported that Disney is taking steps to avoid stereotypes in the animated film of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937). It will, in fact, in the new version that the female character will have. They are evaluating the possibility of erasing them from history and replacing them with magical creatures.
The original story dates back to 1812, is written by the Grimm brothers and it was the first animated feature film from the legendary animation studio. At least, according to the casting sheets. No further details are known about the exact nature of the replacement of these characters or how it may affect the overall plot.
