Discovering new perfumes is a real wonder. Therefore, each new aroma that reaches my hands is a new experience and a true luxury, like the new member of the family. The Collection Privée by Dior named after Vanilla Diorama And, as you can well deduce, it is an ode to that ingredient, vanilla.
In fact, as the brand tells us, this creation by François Demachy and is inspired by Christian Dior’s favorite dessert, in which the master perfumer has lightened the main ingredient with a fresh and cheerful citrus finish, in contrast to a background of rum and spices.
It is a combination that we could qualify as explosive, with incredible strength, one of those sweet aromas that do not go unnoticed and that is a declaration of intentions that has already become the third best-selling fragrance from La Collection Privée in Spain. There must be a reason.
Personally, I admit that I tend to prefer the freshest scents (Eden Roc by Dior is still my very favorite at the moment) but Vanilla Diorama is an exceptional scent, reserved for more special occasions where sweetness and power require your presence.
Thus, specifically, regarding the notes that we find, we have:
- Top Notes: orange, pink pepper and lemon (acid lime).
- Heart Notes: rum, cocoa and cardamom
- Background Notes: Bourbon vanilla, sandalwood and patchouli.
Its price is that of the most luxurious perfumes, since it costs 220 euros in its 125 ml format. and it is for sale exclusively on the official Dior website, as well as in the Corte Inglés centers of Castellana, Serrano, Marbella and Diagonal.
