Digimon Survive will be released this summer.
Although it won’t be until next July 29 when Digimon Survive reaches PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC, being compatible with new generation consoles thanks to the backward compatibility of consoles, Bandai Namco has published the launch trailer of the title developed by HYDE as a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Digimon anime.
Digimon Survive presents a new adventure set in a mysterious world with characters designed by Uichi Ukumo and music by the acclaimed Tomoki Miyoshi. The game, anticipated for many years due to its promising appearance, introduces a new group of teenagers, led by Takuma Momozuka, who get lost on a school field trip and find themselves transported into a strange new world of monsters and danger.
Digimon Survive players will have to fight to get the children back home through a world plagued by difficult decisions and deadly combatswhile your choices affect the evolution of your allied monsters and the outcome of the adventure. The combats in the game are fought in 2D, in the purest style of a tactical role playing game.
One less damn game
Digimon Survive will finally go on sale after numerous delays that had made it one of the cursed games in the video game sector. Luckily, the ordeal of the title has come to an end and it will try to relaunch the fame of the saga that has spent a number of years trying to rescue its followers through reunions with its original characters. However, this title will stand out for:
- A dark story of survival and friendship
- Player Choices with Consequences
- Tactical RPG battles with over a hundred digimons
- anime style graphics
