Great news for the entire Destiny player community is that, with the release of the latest Destiny 2 expansion almost two months ago, Bungie has no plans to stop fixing as many bugs as we can find, so that Let’s have the best possible experience.
Something that seems quite striking to us is that we have recently come to inform you that Destiny 2 will receive a new update on April 19, and this is all that it will bring. It has been in a publication on the same official website of the title where the studio gives us much more information about the update, highlighting above all the release of the master version of the “Oath of the Disciple” raid, so that the most powerful guardians have yet another challenge to overcome.
In addition to this, Bungie has decided to add a rotation in raids and dungeons, with milestone rewards for those who manage to overcome them, so that it feels much more “fresh”. Destiny 2 has a lot of life ahead of it, both in terms of updates and expansions, and the studio knows that it must continue to give everything so that the community continues to want to enjoy the great title that has been with us for so many years.
What is to come
The developers have mentioned that: “We’re in the middle of the season, so it’s about time to do some cleaning. We’re going to take care of creating protection for when players carry items in The Spring: Onslaught, give some tweaks to Rhulk and his kin in the Oath of the Disciple raid and making a few more changes to Gambit to keep the Drifter proud.”
THE SPRING: ATTACK
- Fixed a bug where entire teams could be wiped out during a master level Spring if an objective was completed with only a few seconds left on the countdown.
- We have added a protection so that transportable objects from the Ritual and boss phases of The Spring do not appear outside of the established limits.
ALTAR OF REFLECTION
- Fixed an issue where players were unable to complete the Test Panel quest Report: ALTAR OF REFLECTION because the Altar of Reflection was not spawning correctly.
- It was more of an Altar of Reappearance.
DISCIPLE’S OATH RAID
- Fixed a bug where Rhulk would suddenly become shy and stop coming back to his starting phase, thus blocking progress in practice.
- Fixed a bug where the Caretaker’s dynamic health limit interface would not appear the same for all players.
SKILLS
- Fixed a bug where Devour would sometimes grant less buff time if multiple targets were killed in a row.
- We have added target acquisition with aim assist to the secondary projectiles of the enemy Axion Projectile so that they follow both the players in question and their allies.
The next patch will also address some major stability issues and bug fixes, in addition to the weird stats for Xûr’s merchandise. Also, the destination materials that Rahool sells will rotate again on reset. Here are some of the changes players will be able to see when these and other items from the patch notes hit the game on April 19.
