It could perfectly be an official Xbox controller.
Xbox is very much to celebrate the launch of its games with limited edition custom controllers, as it did last year with Forza Horizon 5 or Halo Infinite, it would not be surprising if this year it repeated the play in releases like Starfield. Bethesda’s game does not yet have its own limited edition controller, but a designer has created her own and the truth is that it could pass as an official one without any problem.
Through her personal Twitter account, the designer Caye (@ThePSGirl) has shared her proposal for a personalized Starfield command, and the truth is that it makes you want to get one right now. As you can see below, the remote is fully inspired by the logo and colors of the game with those different shades of blue simulating space, the red, yellow and orange that seem to form a planet, and even dots and waves in space that end up giving this custom remote a lot of personality. Just like that gold-colored left stick that breaks symmetry and draws attention.

If all goes according to plan, Starfield will go on sale next November 11, 2022, an iconic date for Bethesda because it was the day Skyrim launched 11 years ago. Will be Available exclusively on Xbox Series X | S and PC, also through Game Pass, and aims to be one of the most prominent games of the year. Its about Bethesda’s first traditional game after the launch of Fallout 4, so there is a lot of expectation for how its playable formula and its appearance have evolved during these years. We will then see if Starfield has or not a personalized command as beautiful as this designer’s.
