In mid-April, on the occasion of the event Age of Empires: Fan Preview, Xbox Game Studios surprised us by expanding on many details about Age of Empires IV, but also announcing more content for Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition and the most recent Age of Empires III: Definitive Edition. And now, after the expansion of the third a few days ago, it’s up to the remake of the sequel.
Because yes, the Dawn of the Dukes expansion has just finalized its date departure and it is imminent, with your reservation already active and with a trailer to celebrate it.
Enjoy over 100 high-quality games, Xbox Live Gold, and an EA Play subscription for one low monthly price. Get the first month of Ultimate for 1 euro.
Will be next August 10 and at the price of 7.49 euros (with Xbox Game Pass) in Microsoft Store and 9.99 euros in the case of Steam. And as is usual in this kind of expansions, with civilizations that make their debut accompanied by more missions for the campaign related to their history, which in this case focuses on the Dawn of the Dukes with the Bohemian civilization and the Poles.
Among the Bohemian units we have the forerunner of the modern tank, the Hussite wagon, while on the part of the Poles the war hammers stand out, infantry soldiers destroying armor.
As for the campaigns, which will come fully dubbed into Spanish, there will be a total of three with multiple missions to fulfill: Algirdas and Kestutis (Lithuania), Eduviges (Poland) and Jan Zizka (Bohemia). So there is a lot of work involved and of course new achievements to unlock, as is necessary in these cases.
Last but not least, Microsoft will give away this expansion with the reservation from Age of Empires IV, a game that on the other hand started its closed beta recently and for which you can still sign up with an Insider account.
