As if the release of the new trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was not enough, the spot that Marvel Studios launched in the Super Bowl advertising guidelines is quite revealing, with the presence of Defender Strange.

Marvel Studios released a promotional spot for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, highlighting the presence of the zombie variants of Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch. As well as Defender Strange, the variant of the Sorcerer Supreme that will debut in this film.
Defender Strange emerged in the pages of The Defenders #1 (December 2011), when the events of Fear Itself lead Stephen Strange to assemble a team to defend the planet from Nul, the destroyer of worlds.
While the zombie variants of Strange and Maximoff first appeared in the animated series What If…? which will provide elements for the MCU.
