Davinci Motor has developed a new 100% electric motorcycle. The Davinci DC Classic not only boasts retro-futuristic design. It also stands out for its performance and a range of around 360 kilometers on a single charge. It can reach 200 km/h and its electric propulsion system develops a power of 136 CV.

However, it is not the most important thing that you can boast of. The highlight is found in the bowels of this 100% electric motorcycle. And it is, logically, its propulsion system.
In the concise Davinci range, the new DC Classic is positioned as a alternative to the DC100. Although both bikes are electric, the new DC Classic exudes its own personality. Just take a quick look at the images published by the firm to discover that the fairing has been removed. It also debuts a new round headlight and a different saddle.
The keys to the new Davinci DC Classic
It is fitted with Pirelli Diablo Rosso III tires whose measurements are R17/120 on the front axle and R17/240 on the rear axle. Tires that wrap around forged aluminum rims. The braking system is signed by Brembo, therefore it is of high performance. As far as the suspension is concerned, it is provided by Öhlins.
The autonomy of the new Davinci DC Classic
Although the design and technological equipment are determining factors, as it is a 100% electric motorcycle, all eyes are on the propulsion system. In its entrails is a 17.7 kWh lithium-ion battery
whose main objective is none other than to feed an engine that develops 100 kW (136 hp) and some impressive 850Nm of maximum torque.
It is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in about 3 seconds and reaching a top speed of 200 km/h. The autonomy is 357 kilometers according to the WLTP cycle. Regarding charging times, we will need approximately 30 minutes to complete the recharging process using a fast direct current charging point.
Through a driving mode selector we can choose between Relax, Sports and Race profiles. Depending on the mode selected, priority will be given to efficiency, comfort or performance.
Release date and prices of the new Davinci DC Classic
At the moment it is unknown what the sale price of the new DC Classic will be and, what is equally relevant, the date on which the commercial launch will take place is also unknown. We can take as a reference the $27,500 (€28,120) worth of the DC 100, another Davinci electric motorcycle that can already be reserved.
