Everything was written and no one had noticed. Thanos’ plans in the infinity saga of Marvel Studios are embodied in a series of crossover comics that unated the DC and Marvel universespublishing houses that stand out for being rivals.
“Marvel versus DC” is the comic series in which Thanos’s plans are advanced. It was published in 1996 and showed us epic battles of the publishing houses like Superman vs. Hulk, Batman vs. Captain America, Wonder Woman vs. Storm, and many other brutal confrontations.
The plot of the series revolves around two powerful cosmic entities: the ultimate God of Marvel, known as The Amalgam, and the one of the DC universe, called The Axis. Alpha Beta Play It stands out that while the adventures are taking place, each one of the deities realizes the existence of the other and they make the decision to exterminate the two universes to start from scratch.
Two entities lesser to these gods, called The Spectre and the Living Tribunal tried to stop the destruction by merging the two universes. In this impressive reality, the Marvel characters began to merge with those of DC and the highest gods were inflamed by this barrier that an entity weaker than them presented to them.
In this way they accelerate the destruction of the universes, which causes the mergers to separate and thus generate a reality of chaos, in any part of existence. All this disaster was happening under the gaze of Thanos, who was enjoying everything that was happening.
In a certain way, this idea of ending the universes and starting a new one from scratch is what the crazy titan raises in Avengers: Endgame. After the reverse of the Blip, Thanos wanted to get hold of the infinity gems to destroy not half, but actually everything in order to build a reality in his image and likeness, thus feeding his airs of God.
