For many of us Bizum is a vital service. It has solved the inconvenience of making transfers at the same time that it has simplified the act of paying itself (in addition to many other things).
You just have to see who has the application in your contact list and select the amount you want to pay. After a brief confirmation that consists of sliding a detachable and that’s it. The future was this though do not avoid us from scams.
But, like everything good in life, there is always someone willing to spoil it. Because the saying that tells us that what is right is not touched seems that many have understood it backwards.
Therefore, from Bizum they changed the rule that allowed up to 150 payments per month, to reduce them to only 60 transactions (either issuing payments or receiving them) and, although for many this number seems unattainable, we already assure you that there are many users who exceeded 60 operations.
Knowing this new limitation, many people wondered how Bizum would limit these payments. What would happen once we surpassed 60 operations? Would they charge us commissions for each payment? Would they charge us a flat fee to continue using it?
Well, Fernando Rodríguez Ferrer, Director of Business Development at Bizum, has clarified that neither one option nor the other, what ehe payment system Bizum will only block the transactions of those customers who reach 60, so that on the first day of the following month they are activated again, when the counter is reset to zero.
Of course, as for the freelancers and businesses who used Bizum in a normal way, they will not be able to do anything after exceeding 60 payments, being your only option to register as a trade, as advised by banks in this regard.
