If you have children between 3 and 5 years old, I suggest promoting healthy habits, a daily routine of personal care and activities.
Promote in your children the habit of taking care of their hygiene and attending to the responsibilities that correspond to their age. And, guess what, for parents, the task of educating them will be easier.
There are various statistics that show that families where the family routine prevails, the members maintain a better quality of life: children have better school performance and good health, and for their part, parents have a better marriage relationship and satisfactory results in the job.
This is what we want, right? Have more time for us and our family and a better quality of life.
But very possibly you will wonder what to do with so many things and activities to accomplish at the same time. I promise you: You just need a little effort and discipline and don’t forget that as your children grow up they must learn positive and healthy habits. Times for sleeping, brushing teeth, bathing, doing homework, as well as for breakfast and even eating together, sometimes with the family. And if you really want to, you can consider if you set aside more time for yourself and your partner alone, as part of that family discipline.
