We have finally been able to take a look at Assassin’s Creed Infinity. Confirmed its existence since last year, Ubisoft has shown what we can expect from this platform that will host various games of the franchise.
The first of them is Codename Network, which will come after Assassin’s Creed Mirage and will launch us into an open world in the middle of feudal Japan. It is one of the most requested settings by the community and in fact we will embody a whole shinobi. In charge of the project is Ubisoft Quebec, developers of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.
Much more mysterious has been shown Codename Hexe, of which we only know that Ubisoft Montreal is behind the development with Clint Hocking as creative director. Marc-Alexis Côté, executive producer, has not wanted to delve into more details about what we can expect, so he has to speculate with theories.
Finally it’s time to talk about Infinity, a code name for a system that aims to “connect projects and players through different experiences“. This includes already released Assassin’s Creed games and those that arrive in the future, being one of them in multiplayer format, which we know nothing more about.
