In the last few hours Children of Morta has received an important update in its PC version through Steam. The so-called Fellowship Sanctuary has incorporated into the rogue-lite from Dead Mage and 11 bit studios a online cooperative multiplayer mode so that two players can join forces to face the evil forces.
This becomes the eighth and last novelty that the game planned to receive after the incorporation of new levels of difficulty, more game modes, characters and another series of content. Even so, its creators intend to publish this update on the rest of the platforms, something that they hope will happen sooner rather than later.
In addition, to take advantage of the occasion, during the next few days Children of Morta will be available to play for free on Steam, exactly until 7:00 p.m. on February 18. Until then, a 65% discount has been enabled in case you finally want to get hold of it, which leaves its price at 7.69 euros, while its Complete Edition has gone on to cost 60% less, so you will temporarily have it available for 11.63 euros.
If this is your first time in this title, you will control a group of characters, the Bergsons, ready to put an end to the Corruption that stalks them. This will lead them into procedurally generated dungeons, caves, and other environments where various levels with their own final bosses await the heroes.
