In April 2021, Profeco activated a protocol through which it supported consumers who were victims of the review practices of the purchase receiptqualified by the agency as contrary to article 10 of the Federal Consumer Protection Law.

The bad practices of complaints by purchase ticket have become at the time, terrible complaints against retail, to the extent that Profeco has intervened, sentencing the stores that exercise these practices.
