You also have the option of going to the Sisbén office located in the mayor’s office of the corresponding municipality.

How can you find out what your Sisbén Score is?
If you have doubts about your Sisbén Score and you need to know it in order to access most of the economic subsidies, you can visit the website https://www.sisben.gov.co/Paginas/landing.aspx. On that site, you must select the option “Query the Sisbén Score”, which is located at the top of the page.
After you have followed the steps mentioned above, you will need to provide your identification number and click on the option “I am not a robot” before selecting “Query”. If you need to obtain information about your family nucleus, you can look for the option “Consult your Sisbén group” on the website and select it. Then, you must enter the identification number of the member of your family that you want to consult and click on “Consult”.
How are the Sisbén groups classified?
The implementation of Sisbén IV has allowed Colombian citizens to access their information electronically through the official website. In addition, a Citizen Portal has been created to simplify online procedures for the population.
