The Mexican businessman and activist Alejandro Martí this Monday at the age of 73they reported media.
Alejandro was director of Grupo Martí, a chain of sporting goods stores founded in 1936 by Domingo Martí Riera. He also founded the México SOS association after the kidnapping and murder of his son Fernando in 2008.
After that event, Alejandro became an activist against insecurity and strongly questioned the federal government’s policies to combat organized crime.

“If you can’t, quit.” was Alejandro Martí’s most famous phrase at an event attended by President Felipe Calderón and his Secretary of Security, Genaro García Luna.
Her son Fernando, then 14 years old, was kidnapped while driving to the secondary school. After 53 days, his lifeless body was found in the trunk of an abandoned car in the Coyoacán mayor’s office.
