BRABUS is in tune and presents a special preparation with the Porsche 911 Turbo S Cabrio, an extra plus of sportiness with the finesse that characterizes the German preparer for the first time that he faces the iconic sports car from the Zuffenhausen firm. The result is called the BRABUS 820.
Par excellence, he is the external natural trainer for the sports division of the star brand. This time, BRABUS has passed by the models of Mercedes, smart and those retouched by AMG to go for one of the most sporty and radical models on the market such as the Porsche 911 Turbo S Convertible. And you can see the result, with absolute finesse and taking care of all the details to the maximum that, anyone would say, is not a special creation of Porsche Exclusive or Porsche Tequipment.
Baptized as usual in this specialist in tuningthe iconic sports car from Zuffenhausen adopts the name of BRABUS 820, which already gives an idea of how explosive this convertible is. On the outside, it already gives an idea with a new aerodynamic package made of exposed carbon fiber that saw the air intakes of the front bumper and a new spoiler on the lower lip that extends the full width of the defense, extending to the side skirts.

The rear bumper also features this material, in the cooling gills and in the central diffuser that houses four exhausts, as well as in the exclusive fixed spoiler on the rear bonnet lid, with side winglets and classily fitting into a duck tail. The forged alloy wheels also transform the image, with their 21 and 22-inch diameters painted black. The stamp of the Bottrop trainer is also noticeable in an exclusive interior, upholstered in black leather with diamond pattern in the padding of the seats and with contrasting details and stitching in red.
BRABUS has also mounted a new suspension, with shock absorbers and adjustable springs that lower the ride height to the ground by up to 25 millimeters lowering the center of gravity and improving Porsche’s driving dynamics.
But much more interesting are its entrails that give life to its name. The 3.8-litre boxer engine in the Porsche 911 Turbo S has been tuned to achieve a maximum power of 820 hp and 950 Nm of maximum torquecatapulting the convertible to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and capable of reaching a top speed of 340 km/h. These are the qualities of the BRABUS 820, very suggestive although not as much as its price. Those interested already have it available in the BRABUS catalogue, but to get one of these beasts, the invoice is 370,000 Euros; of course, with the Porsche Turbo S Convertible included in it.
