2K Games and Gearbox Software have a very, very close release on their hands: Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands. While many fans of the franchise are eagerly awaiting the spin-off, we’ve learned that Borderlands 3 has sold a total of 15 million copiessomething that undoubtedly reflects the success of the third installment.
We have been able to observe these sales thanks to the last profit report of the company, where Take-Two Interactive states that the game has exceeded 15 million units sold, having increased since last November with 14 million copies sold. In addition, we see that Borderlands 2 has reached 26 million copies distributedthus becoming 2k Games’ best-selling title.

The franchise has been a total success since its inception, and in total 74 million copies have been sold between all its titles.
